Bar Carolina is a celebration of both Northern and Southern Italian traditions. Inspired by the rhythm of Italian dining culture, our all-day offering moves seamlessly from aperitivo hours to long, leisurely dinners – and everything in between.
Our menus change with the seasons and reflect close relationships with local producers. Expect a nod to heritage with playful edges – cicchetti, antipasti, house-made pastas, and larger plates alongside a carefully curated wine list with a strong Italian focus.
Complementing our food, we serve a carefully curated range of wines spanning classic and experimental pours from across Italy and Australia, with a particular emphasis on Barolo.
Our seasonal cocktail offering is ever-changing, built around twists on signature Italian classics. It’s supported by a lineup of exclusively Italian beer, spirits and signature non-alcoholic spritzes and sours.
