We’ll make your corporate lunches splashy, cater your wedding lavishly, and provide the catwalk your new collection deserves. From Sunday to Wednesday, welcome up to 65 guests to our dining room for an exclusive lunch or dinner, designing your drinking and dining experience to taste with our team.

Exclusive hire of Bar Carolina is available for lunch and dinner from Sunday to Tuesday, with minimum spends from $5,000. The dining room’s capacity is suitable for up to 65 guests, and does not include Room 48 or the outdoor deck.
